Job Role and Opportunities
Antin expects interns to assist in the acquisition of infrastructure companies in Europe, as well as support the investment team in the ongoing asset management activities of selected companies in the portfolio. The investment process requires both the financial skills of investment banking and the strategic thinking of management consulting. As a result, this internship program is a unique experience to develop a well-rounded business mind.
Interns will work on both acquisition opportunities and management of current portfolio companies. The streamlined organisation of the investment team offers interns the opportunity to be fully part of the team, assume responsibilities, and work closely with senior managers of the firm and external advisors.
Responsibilities for the Role
- Conduct research, analysis, financial modelling and evaluation of a variety of private equity investment opportunities as well as contribute to the overall evaluation process.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis including methodologies such as trading comparables and precedent transactions.
- Contribute to the development of investment recommendations based on the results of the team’s due diligence and analysis.
- Participate in drafting various presentation materials and memos for both internal and external purposes.
- Assist in due diligence on investment opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Experience required: previous internships in M&A, Corporate Finance or Management Consulting required.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, quantitative and financial skills.
- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency across Excel / PowerPoint / Word.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg would be evaluated positively, although not a must.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English, fluency in French is not required.

The candidate must be available for a six-month internship starting at the beginning of September 2026.
