The Impact You Will Have in This Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Technical Graduate to join our growing technology team. This role is designed for individuals at the start of their career who want hands-on experience across technical support, system operations, software tools, and technology delivery within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with experienced technical teams, gaining exposure to a range of IT functions while developing your technical capability, problem-solving skills, and understanding of real-world technology operations.

You will serve as the first point of contact for all clients, providing dedicated support and acting as the first level of escalation for production and integration / system configuration queries. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration with Product, Integration, Support, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.

The Role and Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-line technical support for internal users, logging and resolving IT queries effectively.
• Assist with hardware and software setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support the monitoring of systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Help diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, networks, user access, applications, and security tools.
• Work with senior team members on incident management, root-cause analysis, and documentation.
• Support project teams with technology rollouts, upgrades, and testing activities.
• Maintain accurate records in ticketing and asset management systems.
• Learn and contribute to automation, process improvements, and best practices across the tech team.
• Collaborate with teams such as Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Service Delivery as part of your development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Derivatives and Securities background and/or analytical experience, plus previous experience in a client-service role beneficial
• Good computer and MS Office skills especially work in Excel
• Well organized, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, identify process risks and red flags
