About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
- Channel planning and expansion: Develop channel expansion strategies and operational plans aligned with corporate objectives, identifying potential partnership opportunities; establish new online and offline channels through business negotiations and resource integration, forming cooperative relationships to enhance channel coverage and business scale.
- Channel operation and management: Oversee daily channel operations including product listing management, promotional event setup, and inventory control; design and execute channel marketing strategies, organize sales campaigns to boost channel traffic, conversion rates, and revenue; maintain partner relationships, resolve operational issues, and ensure sustainable channel development.
- Resource integration and coordination: Bridge internal and external resources by collaborating with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to leverage combined strengths; maintain effective communication with channel partners to secure support, refine cooperation models, create mutual benefits, and drive efficient business growth.
- Data analysis and optimization: Conduct regular analysis of channel performance metrics including traffic, sales, and user engagement; identify operational challenges and growth opportunities, implement improvement initiatives, and continuously enhance channel efficiency and profitability.
- Market insight and strategy adjustment: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts through comprehensive data collection and analysis; adapt channel strategies based on consumer needs and market developments, innovate marketing approaches, maintain competitive advantage, and foster business innovation and expansion.
About You
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Comfortable using Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, retail, or digital platform businesses.
- Good understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
- Fluent in English.
