About Your Program
You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
- Human Resources Support: Handle employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, visa assistance, and leave management.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with monthly payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Operations & Systems Support: Support and optimize global systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow, to improve operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global business units to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.
- Employee Inquiry Support: Serve as the first point of contact to respond to employee questions on HR, payroll, or policy topics, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation when needed.
About You
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields.
- Fluent in English; strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork experience is a plus. Mandarin is also strongly preferred.
- Proficient in office software; basic data analysis skills required.
- Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
