Junior GIS Technician

Drainforce Limited was formed in 2009 bringing together expertise from sewerage and surface water drainage, highway drainage, tankering, drainage non-dig rehabilitation, civil engineering, drainage repairs and maintenance. Our mission is to provide an exceptional service to customers, clients and representing clients' values when working on their behalf.

Role

Drainforce are looking to recruit an enthusiastic graduate level ARC GIS Technician to work alongside the Director to develop our system as well as their personal development. The successful candidate will be given full autonomy to run with this and develop the system and their role.

The candidate will be expected to be able to work alone and with instruction in developing new structures and systems within Arc GIS and also implement to field workers using field maps on site.

Available: Full-time or Part-time

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified in ARC GIS systems and language
  
• Software development skills
• Python programming experience
• Common sense approach

Salary

Negotiable on application but well exceeding the market standard.

Location

Offices in South Wales (Bridgend) and West Wales (Tenby) with remote working.

Time will also be spent out on site.
