The Role

We’re looking for a Junior IT Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic IT professional with 1-3 years of experience in IT support or project coordination, or for someone eager to start a career in consultancy.

As a Junior IT Consultant, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining in-depth training and hands-on mentoring to build your skills in IT consultancy, project management, and client relationship building.

Your Responsibilities

As part of your role, you’ll:

  • Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
  • Contribute to the development of tailored IT roadmaps and solutions.
  • Gain hands-on experience in project management, supporting the end-to-end delivery of IT projects.
  • Research and analyse client systems, business practices, and requirements.
  • Provide recommendations on software, hardware, and networking solutions.
  • Prepare documentation, progress reports, and presentations for clients.
  • Develop and maintain great client relationships.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.

This is a remote-first role, offering adaptability to work from anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to client sites and meetings as required.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or project coordination (preferred but not essential).
  • Familiarity with IT networking, cloud platforms, or similar technologies.
  • A keen desire to pursue a career in IT consulting and project management.

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.30 (one-hour lunch break included).
