KPMG 2027 Tax Global Mobility Services Technology Graduate Programme
We're KPMG in the UK, part of a global organisation of independent firms that offers Audit, Tax, Consulting and Technology services. More than 16,000 colleagues working together to make the difference for businesses, people and communities.
What is Tax Global Mobility Services Technology at KPMG?
People are working internationally in more ways than ever. Whether employees are relocating overseas, travelling for business or working remotely across borders, organisations need to understand the tax implications and keep up with complex regulations.
Our Global Mobility Services Technology team combines technology, tax and global mobility expertise to help organisations manage their international workforce. Through digital products and technology solutions, we help clients track employee movements, stay compliant and create a better experience for people working around the world.
Tax Global Mobility Services Technology Graduate Programme
You could support technology used by multinational organisations to manage employees working internationally, contribute to web and mobile applications that track business travel and remote working, or help clients manage global compensation and benefits in a tax-compliant way.
No two projects are exactly the same. Depending on the work, you could gain experience in tax advisory, business analysis, project management, systems analysis and technology implementation. You’ll work with different clients, industries and colleagues, building both technical knowledge and consulting skills.
Training and Benefits
On this programme, you’ll study towards the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) qualification. This qualification is fully funded by KPMG and supported by an extensive programme of internal training spanning both personal and professional development.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days’ holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday. What’s more, you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.
Our firm’s hybrid working model balances the flexibility of working from home with the importance of collaborating and learning in our offices or at the sites of the organisations we audit. We trust our people to be where they need to be, with our colleagues working together in person as often as needed.
Seeing the whole picture
As part of our wider Tax practice, you will be building friendships and shared experiences, innovating, and learning together. KPMG is a place where you can be yourself and give your best - whoever you are and whatever your background. We look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. If you’re collaborative and good with people, that can be just as important as your ability to pick up key technical skills. See the specific programme page on our Careers Portal for entry requirements and our ‘Applying to KPMG’ section for detailed application guidance.
