What is Tax at KPMG?

Join our Tax Vacation Programme and discover how we help organisations of all shapes and sizes navigate complex tax landscapes, respond to changing regulations and pay the right tax at the right time.

Tax is constantly evolving. During your time with us, you’ll gain insight into the scale and variety of the work we do, while building business knowledge, developing technical skills and expanding your professional network.

Tax Vacation Programme

Our four-week programme gives you the opportunity to gain practical experience as part of our supportive and diverse KPMG community. You’ll explore different tax teams and learn more about the challenges organisations face in a fast-changing environment.

You could gain insight into areas such as international tax, deal advisory tax, transfer pricing and indirect taxes. You may also learn about employee reward, global mobility, or how we support high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial families with their tax affairs.

The programme has been designed as a potential route into our Tax Graduate Programme. If you’re successful, you may be considered for a Graduate offer in the same office location starting in 2028. Please ensure you can commit to the location you apply to.

Training and Benefits

This four-week experience is all about learning through real projects and real client work. You’ll develop valuable workplace skills, enhance your CV and gain a better understanding of professional services, while experiencing some of the learning and development opportunities available across KPMG.

Our hybrid working model combines flexibility with opportunities to collaborate and learn in person, whether in our offices or at client sites.
