The Opportunity

We are now recruiting fluent English speakers for our remaining 1–2 week Cultural Exchange & Language Immersion Programmes in Poland this summer.

Availability is now very limited, with final places open for selected July and August start dates.

As an English Conversation Facilitator, you’ll join a fully immersive residential programme, helping learners build confidence and fluency through natural English conversation, activities and shared experiences.

No classroom teaching is involved.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Take part in structured English conversation sessions

• Support games,workshopsand language-based activities

• Encourage confidence,participationand natural communication

• Join cultural exchange discussions and group tasks

• Help create a positive, inclusiveprogrammeatmosphere

• Support theProgrammeCoordinator with session flow andlogistics

No formal teaching experience or qualifications are required.
