Contract term: Casual role for the 2026 Cricket season - starting from end of April

Purpose of the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Live Stream Producer Interns to join us for the 2026 Cricket season. You will be required to support the digital communications executives on home match days, to film and produce the live streams on YouTube.

Full software and camera training will be provided.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for running and maintaining the YouTube live stream for every home game at New Road. This will include manning a roaming camera as well as the technical side of running the YouTube channel and software behind it.
  • Filming content on match days for Worcestershire CCC digital channels.
  • Providing general support to the Marketing & Communications department
  • Any other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities whenever reasonably asked.

Requirements

Knowledge and skills

  • Essential:
    • Understanding of cricket
    • Ability to work to deadlines
    • Ability to thrive under pressures of live sporting events.
  • Desirable:
    • Keen to learn and develop a career in the sporting media, journalism, filming, digital world

Experience:

No specific experience is required although digital content creation & filming experience is desirable

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong communicator
  • Team player
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Good availability through the cricket season (April-September)
