M&A / Corporate Development Off-Cycle Internship

We are partnering with GW Aspire (recruiter) to help recruit for driven individuals to join Phenna Group for a 6-month M&A / Corporate Development internship.

Available roles start in both December 2025 and March 2026.

Phenna Group is a global Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance (TICC) business, rapidly expanding through an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. They partner with niche businesses across sectors like Built Environment, Infrastructure, and Life Sciences - supporting founders while driving sustainable growth. What you'll do:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify acquisition opportunities and emerging trends
• Assist in evaluating and assessing M&A opportunities, helping build and manage the deal pipeline
• Support financial and strategic analysis of potential investments
• Contribute to deal execution, including target tracking and CRM reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategic priorities across Phenna’s global platform

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline, is preferable but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Effective verbal and written communicator, comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
• A proactive, motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in M&A, corporate strategy, and business growth
