The Marketing Specialist Program at Attio is a unique opportunity to work at one of London’s fastest growing startups and receive unfettered development from our team of world-class marketers.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in building brand awareness, lead generation, and customer activation programs. Everything from optimizing for search engines through to buying San Francisco billboards - you’ll get to work on it all.

This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, project management, and most importantly, the ability to generate results.

You’ll be expected to significantly contribute to many different marketing programs. Here are some examples of the programs we’ll be running:

  • Brand awareness - identify category-leading creators, make key connections, and co-produce content
  • Community - engage with and thoughtfully reward our growing community of Attio advocates
  • Events - identify, organize and attend events and lead guerrilla programs around events
  • Startup program - reach startups directly and via partnerships to onboard and educate them about Attio
  • Paid acquisition - design, create, and deploy advanced paid acquisition strategies across our channels

What is Attio?

CRMs are at the centre of the software stack for millions of businesses. They're ubiquitous and totally essential, yet current products are completely archaic, unloved and in massive need of overhaul.

This is software that millions of people use for hours and hours a day – and a $50 billion category – yet you probably can't think of a single awesome piece of software in this space.

Attio is changing that. We’re building a radically new type of CRM – one that is incredibly adaptable and powerful as the most advanced CRM data models but also as intuitive, delightful and collaborative as today’s best no-code software.

Attio is the CRM of the future: a living, breathing platform that connects with a customer’s GTM stack and evolves with them as they grow – from zero to IPO and beyond.

Why is this role important?

The Marketing Program at Attio is a unique opportunity to work at one of London’s fastest growing startups and receive unfettered development from our team of world-class marketers.

We’re particularly interested in hearing from you if you’re:

  • Eager to immerse yourself in the world of startup marketing
