About the Role

As a Mentorship & Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that mentees feel supported throughout their mentorship journey. This is a highly interactive role where you will conduct video interviews, track mentorship progress, send surveys, and manage communications across multiple platforms. You will also assist with data collection and presentations to showcase the impact of the mentorship program.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentee Engagement & Outreach

  • Conduct check-in calls with mentees to ensure they are receiving the support they need
  • Track and record outcomes of calls on mentorship progress sheets
  • Conduct introduction calls for new mentees
  • Organize and track mentorship cohorts, ensuring mentees stay engaged
  • Work with Justine to encourage mentees to attend events
  • Send and track surveys to gather feedback from mentees
  • Participate and support in person networking and events in London

Administration & Communication

  • Manage the administrative inbox, ensuring mentees receive timely responses
  • Use Chronus and email communication to engage with mentees
  • Assist in the launch of new mentorship cohorts and onboarding new participants

Data & Reporting

  • Gather data from surveys completed by mentees during their mentorship
  • Create presentations and reports showcasing the program's impact for clients and stakeholders
  • Learn and utilize Zoho CRM to manage mentorship records and communications
