We are seeking talented, motivated, and skilled graduates to join our Operational Delivery Through Life Support (TLS) Graduate Scheme and become the TLS Delivery Professionals of the future. TLS includes the disciplines of Integrated Logistic Support and Equipment Support Management – defining, setting, evaluating, and validating supportability and sustainability through-life requirements into new acquisition and in-service contracts. This ensures that equipment or capability in-service or entering service has cost-effective, assured, technically compliant, and safe support solutions.

What You'll Need
To apply for this scheme, you will need:
- GCSE Maths and English Language at a minimum of grade 4 (or an equivalent qualification)
- A Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in any subject at a minimum grade 2:2
What You'll Do
The Operational Delivery Through Life Support (TLS) Graduate Scheme is a two-year development programme focused on Integrated Logistics Support and Equipment Support roles across different business areas within DE&S. You will rotate between three placements that provide the opportunity to develop your knowledge and application. By the end of the scheme, you will be able to:
- Determine resource schedules for producing and maintaining the Through Life Support aspects of equipment acquisition and in-service projects, including associated work breakdown activities for managing whole life support cost and delivering availability of Military capabilities.
- Build and maintain stakeholder and assurance community networks.
- Support the production and validation of Through Life Support plans, use cases, and associated deliverables.
- Understand and develop skills to produce and monitor availability, reliability, and maintainability estimates, applying mathematical and statistical knowledge to support trials, tests, evaluations, and demonstrations against system project milestones/targets.
- Develop skills in technical report writing.
- Gain knowledge in conducting Supportability Analysis (SA) and develop negotiation skills for recommending trade-offs, alternative support solutions, and options to be considered.
