Sturminster Newton in Dorset

Salary:

Starting from £12.71 per hour

Hours of Work:

Mon-Fri, starting at 6am

Reporting to:

Production Manager

As an Abattoir Apprentice at ABP UK, you'll gain foundational knowledge and practical skills, contributing to the production of award-winning British and Irish beef and lamb products.

You'll learn about health & safety, animal welfare, quality, efficiency, traceability, sustainability, stress prevention and more. This apprenticeship is a foundation for a fulfilling career in meat processing.

Qualifications & Skills

No formal qualifications required! Support to complete Level 1 Functional Skills (Mandatory for under 19s.)

This is a physical role, but all training will be provided.
