This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to accelerate their career in a hands-on role within a scaling, entrepreneurial business.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of our repair function. You’ll work closely with our Head of Department to ensure systems, parts, schedules, and processes run smoothly in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
This role suits someone with an operational mindset who enjoys problem‑solving, juggling priorities, and improving how things work - while also being comfortable stepping in to ‘firefight’ when needed.
Why Choose Us?

Our Graduate opportunity is practical, hands-on, and designed to give you exposure to every commercial function that drives business growth. You’ll learn from an experienced, passionate team in a dynamic setting where change is constant and opportunities are abundant.
What Do We Do?
Repair Today is part of the Rapid Repair Network, providing mobile automotive repairs across the UK. Our skilled technicians and approved repair network deliver high‑quality bodywork repairs in a mobile setting - a fast, convenient alternative to traditional bodyshops.
We’re incredibly proud of our growth over the last five years, driven by our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the Repair Today operation
- Help manage scheduling and parts coordination to minimise delays and downtime
- Work with internal systems, identifying gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement

- Balance reactive problem‑solving with a proactive, improvement-focused approach
- Monitor operational performance and highlight risks or inefficiencies early
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure repairs are delivered smoothly and on time
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to keep work moving at pace
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced operational environment, can switch context easily, and remain calm and clear under pressure.
You will likely have:
- A business-related degree (or equivalent)
- 1–2 years’ work experience (operations, logistics, repair, or similar is beneficial)
- Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and effective
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of operational and financial impact
- A natural problem-solving mindset and an eye for detail
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
You are also:
- Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn
- A team player who is confident working independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change
- Passionate about achievement and making a meaningful impact
- Able to switch between tasks efficiently
- Level-headed when handling reactive challenges
