This structured programme will give you hands-on exposure to managing people, resources, and client relationships—ensuring operations are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with financial targets and contractual requirements.
What you'll gain:

What you'll be doing:
As an Operations Graduate, you will rotate across key business areas, including:
- People Management
Employment law, training, performance management, employee engagement, and communication. - Safety Management
Health & safety legislation, safe systems of work, investigations, and compliance. - Finance
Budget setting, invoicing, forecasting, cost tracking, and performance analysis. - Logistics
Vehicle planning, utilisation, and maintenance. - Operations
KPI tracking, productivity reviews, and service delivery standards. - Contract & Client Management
Understanding contracts, managing client relationships, identifying improvements, and delivering social value.
What we're looking for:
- A degree (or equivalent)
- Strong Excel & IT skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel (UK-wide, occasional overnight stays)
