Who you are
- A builder mentality: you make things and reach for a prototype before a plan
- Comfort with AI, using it daily to move faster, and excited by how far it can go
- Excitement for breadth and change, happy to turn your hand to whatever the business needs, and energised when no two weeks look the same
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, comfort with data, and a knack for bringing order to ambiguity
- The confidence to teach yourself, including technical tools
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with curiosity and an eagerness to challenge assumptions
- Even if you're unsure whether you meet all the role requirements, we would still love to hear from you
What the job involves
- Our Graduate Startup Program is built for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers with ownership from day one. Each year we take on a handful of graduates and give every one of them an irresponsible amount of responsibility, with the support to run with it
- Now in its fourth year, the program is a deliberate part of how we hire and grow talent at Attio. There is no playbook for redefining a software category, so we look for first-principles problem solvers: high-energy, curious and high-agency. Everyone we take on is a builder, whatever their degree or background
- The program runs for six months, after which successful graduates move into a full-time role. From day one you are paired with a Sponsor who mentors you, backs your development and provides direct feedback, daily in the first few weeks. You will work with AI at the centre of how you operate, close to leaders across the business, at a company serving 30,000 customers in 130 countries and growing fast
- We're hiring across 3 graduate tracks: Go-To-Market, Operations and Marketing. Please only apply to the one track
- Take on projects from week one and own them end to end, from a scrappy first version to something the whole company relies on
- Build the systems, tools and automations that make Attio run, then watch people use them every day
- Get your hands on the data behind big decisions and turn it into answers leaders act on
- Crack messy, high-stakes problems that nobody has solved yet, and bring order where there was none
- Work shoulder to shoulder with our engineering, product and leadership teams, seeing how a fast-growing company operates from the inside
The application process
- Our hiring process is designed to let you showcase your abilities while getting to know our team. You'll go through interviews with our talent team, department leaders and executives that dive deep into your skills and our business
- Initial screening call with our talent team
- Interview with the hiring manager
- Onsite workshop at Attio HQ in London, this will take place between 21 September - 2 October 2026
Benefits
- 25 days holiday, plus any extra public holidays you get where you’re based
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- Remote first, with a space in London for events, content creation, and those who like an office
- Regular team events, including our annual offsite, team sessions and dinners
- Discretionary training and productivity budgets
