About Foodles

Foodles was founded in France in 2014 and launched in the UK in 2023. The UK team is building and refining a model that fits the local market, working closely with restaurants and clients to make workplace food simple, reliable, and well organised.

Foodles is also a certified B Corp, reflecting a commitment to responsible business practices and long-term thinking.

As the UK product continues to develop, some parts of the operation are still hands-on while systems and automation are being built. This role sits close to that work and plays a real part in shaping how things scale.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to understand how a product and operation are actually built, not just observe from the sidelines.

You will support the UK team with essential operational work such as building and maintaining restaurant menus in our internal system, whilst gaining exposure to how workflows are designed, improved, and eventually automated. You will work on live systems and real data that go directly to restaurants and clients and will be trusted with responsibility from the start.

This role is a great fit for someone who wants more than a temporary position. We’re building something for the long term and we are looking for people who want to learn fast, show ownership, and grow with the business as it scales!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and managing restaurant menus using structured data
  • Supporting operational tasks that keep the platform running day to day
  • Spotting patterns, issues, and edge cases in data and workflows
  • Feeding insights back into process improvements and product decisions
  • Assisting on new projects as the UK model continues to develop

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
  • Organised, reliable and able to work independently
  • Curious about the bigger picture, not just completing tasks
  • Motivated by doing work well and improving how things are done

No previous tech or food industry experience is required. We’re looking for curiosity, care, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Get

  • Hands-on experience in a growing foodtech company
  • Exposure to how operational work feeds into product and automation
  • Insight into how a platform is built, behind the scenes
  • Support and mentorship from experienced team members
  • The opportunity to grow with the team and take on more responsibility over time, for the right person
