What the Job Involves

Internship Period: 8th June – 14th August 2026

At Aberdeen, we believe in investing in people and that includes helping early-career talent take their first steps into the world of People & Communications. Our People & Comms Internship Programme gives you hands-on experience across the teams that help shape our culture, engage colleagues, and support our people to thrive.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll contribute to real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop the skills you need to build a meaningful and purpose-led career. Our People & Communications function plays a central role in creating an inclusive, connected, and high-performing workplace. From shaping colleague engagement and wellbeing initiatives to supporting recruitment, developing communication strategies, and enhancing the employee experience, no two days are the same.

This internship offers the chance to gain exposure across key People & Comms areas, contribute to impactful work, and grow your capability in a fast-moving and people-focused environment.

Your internship could be just the beginning. Outstanding interns may be considered for a place on our 24-month rotational Graduate Programme, starting in September 2027. The programme offers structured learning, professional development, and the chance to build capabilities across People & Communications.
