A great opportunity to become an expert across the entire People function. Your Graduate program will begin in our first line response team, People Hub, where you will work as part of a global team to ensure Arm employees receive excellent service when they need help from the People Team. After 12 months in People Hub, you will complete two further 6-months rotations in the People team.

What you could be doing as a People Team Graduate

Arm is committed to giving you a range of experiences throughout this program to enable you to build a successful HR career within Arm. After the 2-year rotation program, we would work with to match you to a longer-term role for you within the People Group.

The following relate to the first 12 months. Responsibilities in the subsequent rotations would be confirmed to you nearer to the time:

  • Respond queries alongside our international team, providing superb customer service
  • Direct non routine queries to the appropriate People Team for resolution
  • Respond to queries using Live Chat function
  • Supporting new joiners through their onboarding into Arm
  • Processing changes within Success Factors, our HRIS – such as lateral moves, leave of absence, terminations
  • Ensuring employee files are well maintained
  • Support People Team with process improvements based on data analysis and feedback from users
  • Administration activities including creating reference letters, export control reporting and checks

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Hold (or are on track to hold) a University degree by September 2025. This can be a Bachelors, Masters or PhD.
  • Graduated within the last 12 months
  • Good interpersonal skills across cultures
  • Problem solving skills
  • Prioritization and planning skills

Additional Information:

Graduate roles will start in September 2025.
