Contract:

Salary:

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and curious People & Operations Graduate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience across key functions in a fast-paced start-up that cares about its people and the planet.
Splitting your time primarily between the People and Business Operations functions, you’ll have real ownership early on helping our business run smoothly, in a supportive environment where ideas are welcomed and initiative is celebrated. One week you might be helping onboard new team members and support a company event, the next you could be analysing data to improve internal processes or helping roll out a company-wide initiative.
This role is designed to give you exposure to senior leaders and build a strong foundation in both People and Operations. It’s perfect for someone who loves problem-solving and wants to see how great culture and smart operations work together behind the scenes to build a thriving business.
You’ll get plenty of support, stretch, and variety, and shape how things are done as we continue to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
No two days will be the same. You’ll be dipping into different projects and priorities, building a strong understanding of how a company operates end-to-end. Here are some of the things you might get involved with:
- Supporting recruitment activity - from job postings and interview scheduling to candidate communications
- Helping to improve and document company processes and workflows
- Helping onboard new team members and ensure a smooth first-week experience
- Supporting data collection and analysis for key business metrics and reports
- Assisting with HR admin, employee records, and benefits coordination
- Helping to plan company events, engagement initiatives, and internal communications
- Supporting learning and development projects and helping keep our HR systems up to date
- Assisting with office management, procurement, and supplier coordination
- Helping to organise company meetings, all-hands, and supporting our Exec team
- Taking ownership of small operational improvement projects from start to finish
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate (or early career starter) who’s eager to learn.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- A strong communicator with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Excited by the chance to gain exposure to different parts of the business.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Previous involvement in work, volunteering, or extracurricular activities that demonstrate drive, and initiative is a big plus.
Interview Process
- Application reviewed by our Talent Manager
- Successful applicants will submit a short 2-3 minute video link providing a brief introduction of themselves and answers to some questions
- 30-minute video screening - with Talent Manager
- 45-minute 1st Stage Interview - with Paola Tartaglione
- 45-minute 2nd Stage Task Interview - with Paola Tartaglione, Casey Insole, and Emily Kaye
