How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with curriculum teams and employers to design placements with clear objectives, ensuring alignment with course requirements and positive student outcomes.
- Prepare and support students for placement, including CV development, interview coordination, and ensuring they understand employer expectations.
- Monitor, track, and maintain accurate records of placement activity, ensuring compliance with DfE, QAA, and internal quality standards, including student safety processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback from employers and students, working with Careers and programme teams to enhance placement experiences and expand opportunities.
