Job Introduction
For September 2026, Stowe School is looking to appoint a Placement Sports Coach with a Lifeguard qualification to support our swimming provision. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player with a passion for sport, committed to both participation and performance, with the ability to engage and motivate students. We welcome applicants with a specialty in Swimming/Lifeguarding.
The successful candidate will teach practical swimming sessions and coach a wide range of ages and abilities in the Senior School, with outreach swimming programmes to our Prep Schools.
The role requires the candidate to be an integral member of a 7-day-a-week boarding school, which may also include pastoral responsibilities in the boarding houses.
The department is dedicated to career progression and training. We can assist with obtaining additional coaching qualifications and attending specialist courses to enhance your coaching CV.
