We are looking for an enthusiastic EMEA Supply Chain Business Analyst student to join our team specializing in Supply Chain for our First Fit Planning EMEA segment in Huddersfield or Darlington. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 7th July 2025.

External Qualifications and Competencies

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Development of reporting capabilities for supply chain Planning Parameters, ensuring we have data integrity on all our analytics and reports
  • Use common processes and tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis and interpretation of data, use common diagnostic tools to identify areas for improvement and convert to action plans
  • Involvement and support in creating maintaining and steering projects that optimize supply chain across multiple sites within region
  • Development of value stream maps to support and enable continuous improvement activity
  • Design and implementation of reporting suites that will be presented across the EMEA region design, creation and maintenance of supply chain tools to be used by the team and internal customers. Potentially using Six Sigma methodologies and tools

Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Working towards a degree in supply chain related area (planning, logistics, purchasing)
  • Ability to understand data, solve problems and think innovatively
  • Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Works well as part of a team and comfortable working across multiple territories, self-sufficient, happy to network with stakeholders and good communication skills
