Cummins' Health and Wellness team supports our employees and their families in improving their physical, mental and financial wellness.

The Improving Mental Well-being at Work program is sponsored by the It’s OK program. The goal of this program and corresponding training is to provide information and tools to help manage and reduce work-related stress and burnout and provide strategies for self-care.

At Cummins, our 12-month industrial placement scheme for undergraduates has been established for more than 20 years and is featured on a regular basis in the Rate My Placement Top Employer guide.
