The Role
Supporting the Finance Management and Tax function, through the provision of data, control observation and reporting, the candidate will obtain visibility to the full operations of KUK and KIE. Critical analysis with exception reporting to contribute to the growing excellence of the organisation’s controls. Exposure to group companies and external advisors in the provision and understanding of fundamental key drivers of both revenue, costs and investment analysis.
The Team
The Financial Management team operate in a highly pressured environment with the focus on reliability and accuracy. The team members have progressed through the company and have a detailed understanding of the multiple challenges in balancing starting a career with the demands of a fast paced financial team.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Studying a relevant degree (e.g. a Finance related subject).
- Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Passionate and hard-working, open to developing knowledge and skills.
- Proactive, taking the initiative to develop fresh approaches and new solutions.

Location/Travel
The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5 minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on-site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports.
