About the Role
The Bartlett School of Architecture is looking to appoint up to 53 PGTAs to support education across the department in the 2026-27 academic year.
We are seeking PGTAs to work across the following streams within The Bartlett School of Architecture: Design; Technology; Professional Practice; and Digital Skills. A very small number of roles may be available in History and Theory (reserved for PhD students only).
The purpose of this job is to support education across the school, working with the academic Module Coordinators and Programme Directors to aid in the delivery of teaching for students enrolled on modules in The Bartlett School of Architecture. Duties will be negotiated at the outset of appointment and depend on the assigned programme.
About You
You must be a current PhD student at UCL or a current postgraduate taught (Masters) student studying at The Bartlett School of Architecture or a current third-year student on MEng Engineering and Architectural Design or a current third or fourth-year student on MSci Architecture i.e., Bartlett School of Architecture students who will be in their Master’s year in the 2026-27 academic year. Undergraduate students and students who will begin their studies in Sept 2026 are not eligible to apply.
You will have a developed knowledge of architectural education and a commitment to supporting education at UCL.
