Preconstruction Engineer

We will be paying significantly above market rate, aiming at £45,000, for the right new graduate to join our Preconstruction Director, to work on concept designs, preliminary engineering proposals and estimating for prospective projects.

This position will suit a top performing, intelligent and conscientious new graduate who has an entrepreneurial spirit. Over the first period with us you will learn and master how to estimate costs for the complex construction work we undertake. Beyond this you will gain experience in commercial and other pre-construction matters. Over time, you should gain the skills and experience to be a senior manager or run a company like ours.

You will need to have achieved a first or a high grade 2:1 in an appropriate subject, for example civil, structural or geotechnical engineering.

This is an office based role with visits to sites around once a week. Most of our sites are in Central London.
