About the scheme
The Pricing Graduate Scheme gives you the chance to really understand how we price, monitor, and improve our products.
By using advanced pricing techniques, you’ll help guide our underwriting and pricing decisions with greater confidence, making sure our prices match the risks while staying competitive in the market.
Alternatively, you might find yourself analysing and extracting value from data to support our decisions, while also driving efficiencies through automation projects to keep up with the fast-paced technological world.
Underwriting and pricing are becoming more sophisticated every day, so building expertise here can open doors to many future opportunities. Think Data Analytics, Account Underwriting, Portfolio Analytics, Pricing, Geospatial—all with the potential to grow into senior leadership roles. Alongside your hands-on experience, you’ll work towards specialist data-focused professional qualifications, guided by leading experts.
You’ll also join the Global P&C Academy accreditation, boosting your skills in pricing, underwriting, risk engineering, and claims management, while sharing best practices across the Allianz Group. Our team loves continuous learning—you’ll have free access to top training platforms like DataCamp, Databricks Academy, and LinkedIn Learning.
