At Numatic, we take immense pride in being a world leader in designing, engineering, developing, and manufacturing state-of-the-art cleaning equipment. We employ over 1200 people on our 40-acre campus in Chard, Somerset where we are currently investing over £40million to support the expansion of our product offering.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager-to-learn graduate from a range of degree disciplines. This role will support the product team in creating new product development propositions, maximising the performance of existing ranges, and helping build growth through insight-led innovations. The role will expose you to stakeholders throughout all departments in the business and external customers. The scheme will provide the successful applicant with a strong business grounding, an introduction into Product Management and beyond.

What does a Graduate in Product Management at Numatic do?
