Role Overview
This 12-month Program Manager internship provides experience improving programmes and operational networks for Amazon customers. The intern will work with cross-functional stakeholders and use project-management and analytical skills in a fast-moving international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Track actions and project milestones across one or more improvement initiatives.
- Conduct deep dives, analyse processes and provide data-led insight.
- Identify critical process points, anticipate risks and support network improvements.
- Develop practical, lasting solutions that benefit the wider team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across countries and communicate progress to senior management.
Internship Experience
Work may include identifying operational bottlenecks, preparing rollout plans, testing alternative approaches and presenting findings to leadership. Interns receive mentoring, learning opportunities and support from an international community. Start dates are available from January through September 2027. Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Basic Qualifications
- Available for a full-time 40-hour week and able to commit to a 12-month internship.
- Penultimate-year student working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management or a similar discipline.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, macros, lookups, VBA or data links.
- English language ability at C1 level or above.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity, initiative and confidence handling ambiguity.
