Program Manager Internship

Who You Are

• We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through September 2027. Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and commit to a 3-month internship.
• Experience working with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

• You will work on one or several projects with your hiring team in tracking open actions, conduct deep dives, provide data insights, analyze processes to identify critical points and anticipate risks.

• Every day is different. You'll work alongside your dedicated mentor and team on real improvement and innovation projects that support the growth of Amazon's European network.
• You might spend your morning analyzing a large dataset to identify operational bottlenecks, then spend your afternoon aligning with stakeholders across different countries on a project rollout plan.
• Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and share updates with senior management.
