Salary: From £43,277 to £51,714 per annum inclusive, with potential to progress to £55,497 per annum inclusive of London allowance.
The LSE Law School is a world-renowned Law School, delivering high-quality degree programmes to highly qualified students. We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, professional Postgraduate Programmes Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of the Law School’s large Master of Laws (LLM) programme on which approximately 320 students are registered, and joint responsibility for the MSc Law & Finance programme, working with the Department of Finance.
You will take lead responsibility for ensuring the effective and efficient service delivery of the programmes to students and academic staff. The role involves taking responsibility for process management, programme communications, and line management of relevant staff. You will be encouraged to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement and will have opportunities to work and network with colleagues across the institution.
Qualifications Required:
You will need experience of working in an academic or similar environment in an administrative capacity, with experience of providing a high level of service: establishing and maintaining good working relationships with a range of colleagues and seeking and evaluating feedback to initiate improvements. You will have a systematic approach to work with project management skills that will enable you to plan and prioritise for yourself and others. You will be flexible, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate as well as influence those you work with.
