Siemens Mobility Ltd help to solve the problems of increasing traffic by working with railway operators to improve the capacity, punctuality and security of their systems and to ensure that the carbon footprint produced by transportation is kept to a minimum. As part of our Mobility division, you will be part of a team helping to design solutions and systems which have a real impact on the real world.

Embark on your journey with us whilst learning from industry experts. By the end of your 3 months with us you will have developed your knowledge, learned from industry experts and built your professional network ready for whatever you do next.
- Fully participating and engaging with the business graduate scheme and completing all components of the structured development plan, including a rotational placement programme, the Siemens Graduate Development Programme (GDP), and local work-based skill courses
- Maintaining a Personal Professional Development Log (PPDL)
- Gaining an understanding of the business unit, including its goals, vision, services, departments, customers, and supply chain
- Engaging with the business’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) requirements
Essential Skills and Attributes
We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:
- Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a Project Management, or related subject
- Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
- Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
