Psychology Graduate Learning Support
The Role
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Supporting children with Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
- Assisting with emotional regulation and social development
- Helping pupils engage with learning and classroom activities
- Working alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral staff
- Monitoring progress and contributing to support strategies
What We're Looking For
- Psychology degree or related subject
- Passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Positive, resilient and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
Pay & Benefits
