Ramsay Health Care (Ramsay) is a global network providing quality health care services across 8 countries in approx. 500 locations including hospitals, specialist clinics, primary care units, pharmacies, diagnostic imaging services, teaching and research.

Our Global Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity for graduates who are flexible, mobile and dedicated to making a difference, to experience our business from many angles. The 24-month programme will include 3 x 8-month rotations that can include Corporate, Hospital (Operations) and regional exposure, whilst developing of managerial skills and opportunities to meet the global executive team.
In the upcoming 2026 Graduate Intake, we have opportunities within the following two business units:
Ramsay Health Care UK is one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England. Our facilities provide a wide and comprehensive range of specialised clinical services from routine to complex surgery, day case procedures, diagnostic services and physiotherapy.
Our Ramsay Hospitals and sites in the UK are located across England.
Elysium Healthcare (Elysium) provides a range of mental health care in specialist hospitals, residential settings and community-based homes across England and Wales. Its expert clinicians and therapists work together to provide holistic, person-centred care as part of complete care pathway for individuals with diverse and complex needs. Elysium was acquired by Ramsay Health Care in December 2021.
Our programme includes:

Your own Executive sponsor for the 2 years who meets with you before, during and after each placement to allow two-way feedback and reflection (This will be a member of our Operations Executive team)

Allocated Line Manager when in placement to support your day-to-day work.

A Graduate Buddy who can offer support from a graduate perspective.

A Graduate Lead responsible for supporting you during the Programme, to arrange placements, collate feedback from all, provide coaching and to help you identify potential opportunities at the end of the graduate programme.

Engagement with the Ramsay Graduate Community in the global cohort – share experiences and support each other

A Structured Learning Programme with Induction, a blend of face to face and virtual learning workshops and supported by an Online Learning Hub

A Customised Development Plan and learning to support getting established, building key competencies and leadership capability.
To be eligible for our Programme, you must:

Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK from the start date.

Be currently residing in the UK having completed your degree (undergrad or postgrad) on or after September 2023 (within 3 years of the programme start date)

Be prepared to relocate, including during the programme at any time as required.

Be ready to commence full-time employment on September 1st, 2026.

Be prepared to undergo a DBS check, medical check and reference checks
