What we offer?
The Fast-Track Graduate scheme suits individuals with a passion for technology, an inquisitive nature and proactive approach complemented by exceptional communication and client engagement skills.
After completing formal training to obtain your accredited certification, you'll swiftly transition to your initial client project, receiving ample support and learning opportunities. In this role, you'll be immersed in hands-on development and delivery tasks for the initial two years. While working with our clients, you will gain exposure to a breadth and depth of activities that further the adoption of integration technologies.
The role will be primarily located at the Pace Integration London offices and will likely require travel to client sites across Europe in the future.
Responsibilities
- • Integration design and development for a variety of business projects (cross functional)
- Develop and test end to end integration patterns to a high standard, following Agile and Waterfall methodology
- API design and development on the industry leading iPaaS platforms (such as MuleSoft, Snaplogic, Solace, Kafka)
- Work with standards based on industry best practices eg. JSON, SOAP, REST, MQ etc
- Ability to learn and integrate with leading SaaS platforms: Salesforce, SAP S/4, NetSuite, Workday
- Completion of high-quality deliverables within a client facing project-based environment
- Ability to demonstrate technical work and assets to clients and peers
- Support of the start-up growth agenda (community events, blogs, concepts)

Qualifications & Requirements
- A STEM Degree desirable
- Any software development experience in Java, JavaScript or similar languages would be useful – we would love to hear / see some examples of what you have built!
- Desire to learn and work with leading integration technologies (iPaaS and API): MuleSoft, SnapLogic, AWS API Gateway, Boomi
- An understanding of industry trends within the Integration space (API and iPaaS)
- Knowledge of the various stages of the software development life cycle
- Able to complete Business requirements gathering and mapping to system/technical requirements
