Our award-winning Summer Schemes are as much about you experiencing life with us, as us experiencing working with you. Over two weeks you'll get real exposure to real work in a real-life environment. Fully integrated into our teams, you'll get to know our people from the get-go.

If you're just after a snapshot of life in our law firm, we also offer Insight Days where you can network and experience our culture first hand.

You will be welcomed into our London office and have the chance to experience life at a creative law firm first-hand. It’s also an opportunity for us to get to know you and see the skills and potential you could bring to RPC.

Over the two weeks, you will be fully integrated into our teams, working on real projects and gaining a clear insight into whether a career at RPC is the right fit for you - and whether you’re the right fit for us.

Summer Scheme 1: 15–26 June 2026

Summer Scheme 2: 29 June–10 July 2026

Summer Scheme interns receive a salary of £500 per week.
