Sales Graduate

Our Graduate Scheme is a two year programme that will equip you with the tools needed to have a successful career at the Berkeley Group and will give you exposure to all areas of the business. From day one you will gain the real hands on experience on cutting edge projects while being supported and nurtured by market leading experts.

You start your career with a two week induction designed to give you a dynamic and informative experience ahead of your start date.

Key Responsibilities

We are currently selling new homes on over 50 developments throughout London and SE England through its main luxury brands; St George, Berkeley Homes, St James, St William, St Edward and St Joseph. Berkeley is a premium brand and widely recognised for excellent quality, design and service.


The sales department is responsible for helping customers identify and purchase a new home and ensure they receive an exemplar service through the process.


Specifically, you will undertake the following:

• Drive and manage the sales process and negotiations with a wide variety of customers
• Implement Berkeley Group’s continuous drive to deliver excellent customer service by managing the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations
• Dealing with a varied customer base in a friendly, polite and professional manner
• Working 5 out of 7 days (weekends included)
