Summary of the role
Our Sales Graduate Program is designed to equip you with the skills and experience needed to excel in sales. As a participant, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Essential skills include strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. Desirable skills such as adaptability, resilience, and a passion for continuous learning will give you an edge. You will have exposure within the areas below:
Sales Support
- Presentation Preparation: Assist in creating compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Administrative Tasks: Update customer records, process orders, and manage sales documentation.
- Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Field Experience
- Client Meetings: Accompany senior sales team members to client meetings and sales calls.
- On-Site Visits: Travel to customer locations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Field Training: Gain hands-on experience by shadowing experienced sales professionals in the field.
Customer Interaction
- Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating potential customer leads.
- Customer Outreach: Support the sales team in reaching out to customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Relationship Management: Help maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

Starting Salary £29,750.00
This role will be based at our Head Office campus in the heart of Somerset, in Chard.
