Salary: From £28,031 per annum
Please note, this post is permanent and full-time at 37 hours per week.
Closing Date: Wednesday 01 April 2026
Interview Date: Monday 13 April 2026
Reference: CSS682A
The University of Lincoln is seeking two proactive Senior Placements Administrators to join our Clinical Placements Centre (CPC), part of the College of Health and Science, based at the Brayford Campus. This is a busy and interesting role supporting the delivery of high-quality practice placements across a wide range of health-related programmes such as nursing, social work, pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, and allied health professions.
Both CSS682 and CHS295 are permanent and full-time at 37 hours per week.
Qualifications
You will need to be an experienced administrator, ideally within a higher education or healthcare setting, and with a proven record of working in a demanding, customer-focused environment. You will be expected to independently apply knowledge and judgement to respond to complex queries on a daily basis. The role will require you to have excellent written and oral communications skills, and you will be expected to establish good working relationships at every level, both internally and externally. You will also be expected to support the implementation and optimisation of digital systems and contribute to help embed a digital-first approach.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Placements Administrator, you will play a key role in helping to coordinate and quality-assure placements, provide excellent student placement experience and strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Placement Development and Partnership Managers and wider academic and professional services teams to ensure placements meet national standards set by different professional, statutory, and regulatory bodies (PSRBs).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant contribution to the student experience, while working in a supportive and professional team environment. If you are looking for a new challenge in an innovative and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln, our current students, and any currently engaged agency workers who have been with us for more than 12 weeks. We actively encourage applications from all colleagues across the University with the relevant skills and experience.
