If you’re in your final year at university or you’ve already graduated, our Spring Vacation Scheme is the perfect stepping stone to a Training Contract.
What the scheme involves
From day one, your experience on our Spring Vacation Scheme will mirror the reality of the role of a Trainee Solicitor at the Firm, involving you in live work from the outset.
You’ll attend client meetings and network with colleagues of all levels – Partners, Associates and Trainee Solicitors. A breakfast with our Management Committee will also give you a better understanding of the Firm’s overall strategy.
Over the course of three weeks, you’ll experience two different seats, with an allocated supervisor and a buddy in each.
Along the way, there will be training sessions to help familiarise you with some of our typical transactions, and develop some of the key skills you’ll need as a Trainee Solicitor. You’ll also take part in a client pitch exercise, which is a great opportunity to work closely with other people on the Vacation Scheme.
Scheme Duration:
The scheme will start on the 5th April 2027 and takes place over three weeks.
