Who We Are Looking For?
We are looking for young people who are deeply passionate about education, about students, about learning, about AI, and about school — you are not “teachers” in the traditional sense, but Student Companions (Learning Support Mentors) in the age of AI driven educational transformation.
What You Will Do?
Academic Diagnosis & Personalised Planning: Diagnose students‘ learning profiles, identify strengths and gaps, design and oversee Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs), and guide students in selecting A-Level, IB, or AP pathways aligned with their university goals.
University Application Guidance: Provide end-to-end guidance on university applications. Leverage your overseas experience to connect students with global academic and internship opportunities.
AI-Powered Personalised Learning: Embrace AI tools to deliver truly personalised education, following the Alpha School model.
Whole-Person Mentoring & Growth: Lead by example — nurture through love, model integrity, empathy, and resilience, and create a learning community where every student feels seen, heard, and valued.
You don‘t need to stand in front of a classroom of 40 students — you just need to sit beside one student and help them become a better version of themselves.
About You
Master's degree in Education, Computer Science, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, or Humanities & Arts, with personal experience in A-Level, IB, or AP curricula.
PGCE qualification, or other forms of teaching qualification is preferred.
Fluent English, IELTS 6.5 or above (or equivalent), with the ability to work in English.
