Responsibilities

Ensuring the EF School is set up prior to student and staff arrivals

Managing, supporting and motivating staff

Confirming all transport arrangements for student arrivals and departures
-
Planning and coordinating arrival and departure events
-
Preparing and delivering regular staff meetings and briefings
-
Ensuring customer service goes above and beyond student expectations
-
Managing payroll and ensuring all school paperwork is up to date
-
Overseeing student welfare and discipline
-
Handling problems and emergency situations as they arise
-
Act as an ambassador for EF
Requirements

Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive

Excellent customer service skills, communication & people skills

Enjoys working in a busy & varied service environment

Highly organised with attention to detail

Ability to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm & positive under pressure

Successful candidates must be legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment.
