The Role

EF Isle of Wight Summer School is seeking a proactive, organised and dependable Summer Campus Support & Logistics Manager for summer 2026.

Position Details

• Full-time

• 6 days a week

• Fixed-term contract between June – August 2025

• Accommodation and full board available if necessary

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the EF School is set up prior to student and staff arrivals

• Managing, supporting and motivating staff

• Confirming all transport arrangements for student arrivals and departures

• Planning and coordinating arrival and departure events

• Preparing and delivering regular staff meetings and briefings

• Ensuring customer service goes above and beyond student expectations

• Managing payroll and ensuring all school paperwork is up to date

• Overseeing student welfare and discipline

• Handling problems and emergency situations as they arise

• Act as an ambassador for EF 

Requirements

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive

• With sensible approach

• Excellent customer service skills, communication & people skills

• Enjoys working in a busy & varied service environment

• Highly organised with attention to detail

• Ability to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm & positive under pressure

• Adaptable attitude to work and creative problem solver

• All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references

• Successful candidates must be legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment.
