We are looking for a high-potential, motivated graduate to join our graduate scheme starting September 2026. This two-year scheme aims to give you an accelerated route to the supply chain management level. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and will give you experience in the 4 key areas of our supply chain:
- Order management & customer service
- Supply planning
- Demand planning
- Procurement
Selection Process
- Application and numerical reasoning test
- Online psychometric test
- Mini essay questions on supply chain and international trade
- Video interview
- In person interview and task on Thursday 23rd April 2026
The Ideal Candidate
- Good organisation skills, analytical and the ability to communicate effectively [verbally and in writing]
- The self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities
- A 2:2 degree or equivalent
- The determination and commitment to be a future leader who can rise through our business
- Proactive at identifying issues as or before they arise
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines
