Supply Chain Intern

Assist in the support of the of Logistics & Distribution operations for Otsuka’s European Pharmaceutical Products.?

The role of Logistics & Distribution Intern will include, but is not necessarily limited to;?

• Support of all aspects of the transport logistics for Otsuka’s pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediates & finished products?
• Supporting in the administration of warehousing & secondary distribution of Finished Products?
• Involvement with 3rd party logistics service providers.?
• Support in all aspects of inbound/outbound transport logistics & Distribution Movements.??
• Involvement of in-market storage & (secondary) distribution of Finished Products?.
• Assist with S&OP processes to ensure that each supply chains are fully aligned with Otsuka’s Commercial Operations. ??
• Support with the existing relationships with suppliers & service providers.??
• Support cross functional teams.?
• Support in the completion of Service Complaints?.?
• Involvement with Destruction Request for returned and OOD goods.??
• Maintenance of Distribution and Freight Costings. ?
• Maintain full compliance with GMP/GPD and all other Otsuka group policies and applicable law.
