Supported Internship Job Coach

Description

Chelmsford College is looking to appoint a Job Coach to work with young people with SEND. We are looking for a pro-active, committed, and enthusiastic Supported Employment professional to support interns into employment.

They will develop employment pathways through work placements and work closely with mentors and employers to secure the principal goal of supported internships, which is sustainable employment.
