Job Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development Support

Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions (e.g., scheduling, logistics, materials preparation).

Help to administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and track participant attendance and feedback.

Support the creation of engaging training content (e.g., presentations, handouts, digital learning modules).

2. Culture & Engagement Activities

Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement events and programs that promote our core values.

Help with internal communication efforts to share knowledge and celebrate successes.

Support employee onboarding programs to ensure a warm and effective welcome for new hires.

3. Talent Program Coordination

Provide logistical support for key talent processes like performance reviews and succession planning.

Assist in collecting and analyzing data for reports on training effectiveness and program participation.

Conduct basic research on latest trends in corporate culture, training, and talent development.

Job Requirements

Degree: Undergraduate or Master’s in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or Sociology. Preferred: CIPD certification (or interest in pursuing CIPD accreditation).

Ideal Candidate Traits

Curiosity about emerging HR trends (e.g., AI in talent acquisition, hybrid work models). Commitment to long-term career development in HR/Talent Management.

Prior internship experience in HR or related fields (e.g., organizational development, training) is advantageous but not mandatory for a trainee role.
