Programme
Our graduate training programme is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career.
What you'll do
You’ll learn about assets and investment markets as well as how to use complex financial and statistical theories to weigh up the risks and estimate the odds of what might happen. Just as important, you’ll develop a flair for presenting your findings in simple, easy‑to‑understand language. What’s more, early client exposure will broaden your experience.
You could consult on how companies should manage both liability and asset risks within their pension plans, negotiate with trustees on how to fund, invest and hedge the risks in their schemes, design plans to help employees save for retirement and advise on potential mergers or acquisitions.
Using our market‑leading investment and pensions analytics tools and range of expertise, you’ll help clients develop and implement their pensions investment strategy.
What you'll gain
During our programme, you’ll study with the CFA Institute to become a Chartered Financial Analysts, a key qualification for investment professionals.
What you'll need
You'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject, ideally with a math, science, technology or economics background. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study
